Ravens tight end Isaiah Likely was a limited participant at Wednesday’s practice as the Ravens prepare to take on the rival Pittsburgh Steelers.
Likely missed last week’s game against the Bengals due to a hamstring injury but had extra time to recover after “Thursday Night Football.”
Likely ranks fifth on the Ravens in receptions (24) and receiving yards (271) and has three touchdowns. He’s one of Lamar Jackson’s most trusted targets, especially as he tries to escape pressure.
The Ravens got more good news Wednesday as safety Kyle Hamilton (ankle) was running on a side field with trainers nearby. Hamilton was not in uniform and went back inside early during the portion of practice open to the media. He was listed as “Did Not Participate” on the injury report.
Hamilton and outside linebacker Kyle Van Noy (illness) were the only Ravens not practicing four days before Sunday’s crucial AFC North showdown.
Defensive end Brent Urban (concussion) was a full participant after missing the last two games.
Steelers’ Starting Running Back Didn’t Practice
Starting running back Najee Harris (ankle) didn’t practice Wednesday for the Steelers. Harris has 645 yards on the season and leads Pittsburgh’s No. 8 ranked rush offense.
Linebacker Alex Highsmith (ankle), cornerback Donte Jackson (hamstring), wide receiver Van Jefferson (quadricep), and tight end MyCole Pruitt (knee) all didn’t practice with injuries. Offensive lineman Isaac Seumalo and defensive tackle Cameron Heyward both had rest days.
Steelers Head Coach Mike Tomlin ruled out Highsmith for Sunday’s game.
