There are many who aren’t thrilled that pop star Taylor Swift has taken over some NFL Sundays due to the amount of attentions he commands when she attends Kansas City Chiefs games to support her boyfriend Travis Kelce.
And while most reserve their discourse to solemnly complaining in the comfort of their own home, a specific few have felt the need to voice their contempt for Swift on social media — an outlet that has landed one NFL podcaster in some hot water.
Cam Stewart, a betting and in-game betting provider for Sportsgrid, according to his bio on X, recently found himself under fire for an unsavory comment he made about Swift on an SDPN podcast.
While chatting with fellow podcaster Drew Livingstone about the upcoming Chiefs-Buffalo Bills matchup on Sunday, Livingstone mentioned Swift possibly being in attendance at Highmark Stadium, to which Stewart responded “Oh, who cares? Throw her into (Niagara) Falls.”
Stewart’s remarks came across as in poor taste, and the comment section didn’t hesitate to put him in his place.
