NFL fans are convinced that theย Denver Broncos-Kansas City Chiefsย game was rigged on Sunday afternoon following another jaw-dropping finish involving the defending Super Bowl champions.
The Broncos had Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs on the ropes, needing just a 35-yard field goal from reliable kicker Wil Lutz to hand the defending champs their first loss of the season.
But as usual, Kansas City found a way to snatch victory from the jaws of defeat by blocking Lutzโs game-winning kick:
As you would expect, plenty of fans on social media claimed that this game was scripted for a Kansas City Chiefs victory:
Sundayโs victory over Denver came six days after the Chiefs narrowly escaped with a 30-24 overtime win overย Baker Mayfieldย and the visiting Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Better to be lucky than good sometimes, huh?
Kansas City Chiefs Keep Perfect Season Hopes Alive
