Taylor Swift returned to The Eras Tour stage for day two of her three back-to-back performances at Caesars Superdome in New Orleans, Louisiana.
After mesmerizing fans with songs from her massive song catalog, the pop superstar, 34, surprised some 65,000 fans when she brought out rising star Sabrina Carpenter, her former show opener, for a duet.
Fans may recall, Carpenter, 25, had the honor of opening up for Swift in the summer of 2023, when she hit the stage in Mexico City, and continued on with the The Eras Tour opener throughout 2023 and into the beginning of the current year.
The hitmaking duo proceeded to perform a mashed up of three of their big hit songs for the enamored crowd.
A video that quickly shot to viral status on X (formerly Twitter) shows the moment when the Skin star came out onstage to do an acoustic version of her summertime smash hit Espresso, which they ended up mashing with Swift’s 1989 bonus track Is It Over Now?

For the special occasion, Carpenter wore a white baby doll dress that showcased her legs with a pair of huge platform shoes, which gave her several more inches to her 5ft petite figure.
The Nonsense singer had her platinum blonde locks flowing down well past her shoulders with added volume and her trademark band with a subtle center part.
This portion of the show, Swift was wearing a fiery red/orange dress that fell close to the ground in the back but was hiked-up in the front to give more of leggy design.
She opted to wear a long dark brown wig while playing her acoustic guitar for the smash up rendition.
After ending the two-song duet, Swift wasn’t done with Carpenter just yet, and then pleaded for her to come and lead the stadium of fans through a version of her big hit Please Please Please.
They ended up rounding out the moment with another smash up by adding one more chorus of Espresso to the mix.

The Eras Tour continues on with one more show in New Orleans on Sunday before heading to Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, Indiana for three concerts November 1-3.
After that she has just two more stops on the tour that includes the Rogers Centre in Toronto, Canada November 14-16 and again on the 21-23, and then wraps up with three gigs at BC Place in Vancouver, Canada on December 6-8.
The Reas Tour began way back on March 17 , 2023 with two concerts at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona.
