Barcelona are all geared up for the massive celebrations later today which will go down in history given the sheer enormity of the moment.

It is, after all, the club’s 125th anniversary and everything is set for the Gala at the prestigious Liceu theatre where club legends, former managers, administrators and players are expected to assemble for a night of music, dance and enjoyment.

Players who have represented the crest in the past have been called in large numbers and many legends are expected to be in attendance.

Arrived for the event?

The Spanish outlet have captured visuals of the Brazilian superstar in Catalonia today and he landed only earlier in the day.

It is, however, unclear if he has arrived to take part in the club’s 125th-anniversary celebrations or now, although there is a very remote chance that he landed on the same day for a different commitment.

All signs thus point to Neymar taking part in the celebrations tonight and reuniting with his other compatriots, colleagues and friends at the club event.

Neymar’s close friend and Barcelona talisman Lionel Messi was also expected to grace the event with his presence and everything appeared set for the World Cup winner to arrive.

However, external commitments on the same day prevented him from attending but the Argentine ace has ensured to contribute through other means.

Neymar’s presence, nevertheless, will be celebrated if he attends the event for he too scripted history and was part of a special era in the club’s history.
