The Cavaliers\u2019 136-117 victory made quite the impression on Warriors forward Draymond Green. The four-time NBA champion saw shades of the Warriors in Cleveland\u2019s performance and mused that he has a better understanding of what it must be like to play against Golden State.<\/p>\n
\u201cI feel like they just beat us with what we\u2019ve beaten teams with for years,\u201d Green said,\u00a0via Jason Lloyd of The Athletic. \u201cJust the ball movement, guys flying around. They\u2019re so intentional about the extra pass. That\u2019s a staple for us. The drive, kick, swing is what we\u2019ve preached for years, and they diced us up with it.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
That is high praise coming from Green. It probably is not coincidental either, as Cavs head coach Kenny Atkinson served as Steve Kerr\u2019s top assistant with the Warriors for the last three seasons.<\/p>\n
