However, after being helped off the field by members of the Chiefs\u2019 medical staff, Mahomes returned to the game and ultimately led the game-winning drive in overtime to secure a 30-24 victory.<\/span><\/p>\n
\u201cWhen you have a little bit of a roll, it\u2019s a little bit sore,\u201d\u00a0Mahomes\u00a0old reporters. \u201cBut I\u2019m able to move around and look forward to getting out to practice and seeing how I can push it as the week goes on.\u201d<\/p>\n
Chiefs head coach Andy Reid told reporters Friday that Mahomes \u201chasn\u2019t missed anything,\u201d as Kansas City prepares for Sunday\u2019s game against the Denver Broncos at Arrowhead.<\/p>\n

Mahomes passed for 291 yards with three touchdowns against the Buccaneers, and now looks to pick up a divisional victory over the Broncos to both stay undefeated on the 2024 campaign and extend the Chiefs\u2019 lead in the AFC West race.<\/p>\n
