Travis Kelce is sharing his thoughts on when he believes it\u2019s the appropriate time to take the \u201cnext step\u201d in a relationship \u2014 amid rumblings that he and girlfriend Taylor Swift will\u00a0likely get engaged soon.<\/p>\n

\u201cI feel like [it\u2019s] when you know someone\u2019s life,\u201d the Kansas City Chiefs star, 35, shared Thursday on a special bonus episode of his and brother Jason Kelce\u2019s\u00a0\u201cNew Heights\u201d podcast.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhen you see someone\u2019s day-to-day and you can understand that, and you get into a routine of being with that person or talking to that person about their daily routines consistently. You naturally just feel the genuine connection.\u201d<\/p>\n

Travis also noted that the desire to \u201cget to that next step faster\u201d should happen \u201cnaturally.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n<\/span><\/span>The \u201cGrotesquerie\u201d star also pointed out that family plays an important role, sharing that he thinks it\u2019s \u201chuge\u201d when a partner is introduced to relatives.<\/p>\n

Travis and Swift, 34, met each other\u2019s families early on, with the pop superstar\u00a0sitting beside her beau\u2019s mom, Donna Kelce,\u00a0at the first Chiefs game she ever attended in September 2023.<\/p>\n

The family outing took place just months after Travis and Swift had\u00a0secretly started dating.<\/p>\n

Since then, the \u201cYou Belong With Me\u201d singer\u2019s parents, Scott Swift and Andrea Swift, have also cozied up to the NFL star \u2014 even\u00a0attending the Super Bowl in Las Vegas\u00a0earlier this year to root him on.<\/p>\n

Scott, 72, recently sat next to a woman on a plane and\u00a0spilled how much he loves Travis\u00a0for his daughter.<\/p>\n

His seatmate Taylor Moore revealed in a TikTok video that the proud dad gushed that\u00a0\u201cout of all of [Taylor\u2019s] boyfriends in the last 12 years \u2026 Travis has made the biggest impact.\u201d<\/p>\n

Despite Travis\u2019 opinions on what it takes to propose, his older brother \u2014 who is married with three kids \u2013 said on the podcast that he believes \u201cmoving in\u201d should be a deciding factor.<\/p>\n

\u201cYou\u2019ve got to make that decision especially if you\u2019ve got roommates,\u201d Jason, 36, explained.<\/p>\n

\u201cYou\u2019ll know, if you want to do it, you\u2019ll do it. That\u2019s how you know. And then if she wants to do it, then you both end up doing it. Not in that way, but moving in way.\u201d<\/p>\n

Travis and Taylor do not yet live under one roof, but she does\u00a0spend a lot of time\u00a0in the tight end\u2019s\u00a0$6 million Kansas City, Mo., mansion\u00a0when she is on hiatus from touring.<\/p>\n

Travis, for his part, has also been\u00a0spotted staying over\u00a0the \u201cLover\u201d singer\u2019s New York City apartment.<\/p>\n

However, Jason concluded that the final steps before a couple settles down is having \u201cmore serious conversations about potentially what are our values, what do we believe in, what do we want our life to be individually, and with the person.\u201d<\/p>\n

The retired Philadelphia Eagles center, who has been married to wife Kylie Kelce since 2018, added, \u201cYou start thinking about the stuff and the more you line up \u2026 you just keep kind of rolling. Or you say, \u2018I don\u2019t want to deal with that stuff,\u2019 and go find another person.\u201d<\/p>\n

Travis then chimed in, \u201cThat\u2019s the love train. You either jump on or jump off.\u201d<\/p>\n

Some have speculated that the Super Bowl champ may have already taken that leap of faith with Taylor.<\/p>\n

Earlier this month, Troy Aikman shared on the \u201cPardon My Take\u201d podcast, \u201cSomeone actually reached out to me today and said they might actually be engaged.\u201d<\/p>\n

A source previously told Page Six in August that the wife of a top Chiefs exec was overheard telling pals in a suite at a Morgan Wallen concert that the powerhouse duo are already engaged as well.<\/p>\n

It was unclear, however, if the comment was a slip of the tongue or if she was echoing online scuttlebutt.<\/p>\n
