Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson was missing from practice on Wednesday.<\/p>\n

On Wednesday during the media available portion of practice, only two\u00a0Baltimore Ravens\u00a0quarterbacks were in attendance as reigning MVP Lamar Jackson was withheld. According to Head Coach John Harbaugh, it was a rest day for him. But the injury report revealed he is dealing with injury.<\/p>\n

The severity of the injuries is unknown at this time. However, from what Harbaugh indicated, it can be assumed it\u2019s nothing serious.<\/p>\n

\u201c[He had] a rest day. He\u2019s been playing great, and we have a lot of football in front of us,\u201d Harbaugh said. \u201cWe have another big game coming up, so that was warranted today.\u201d<\/p>\n

The Ravens are set to play the\u00a0Denver Broncos\u00a0on Sunday and their defense is among the NFL\u2019s best in generating pressure. Given Jackson is bearing a lot on his shoulders in this offense, a rest day with a couple minor injuries makes sense.<\/p>\n

Another notable name on the injury report \u2014 in a good way \u2014 is running back Keaton Mitchell. On Wednesday, he was a full participant in practice.<\/p>\n

Mitchell returned to practice last Wednesday and looked to be a ways off from getting back onto the playing field. But a week later, he is healthy enough to fully participate and practice and his status for Sunday is trending upward.<\/p>\n
