Patrick Mahomes<\/span>\u00a0and\u00a0Travis Kelce<\/span>\u00a0starred in a 27-20 win over the\u00a0Las Vegas<\/span>\u00a0Raiders to keep the Chiefs’ unbeaten record intact and move to 7-0 on Sunday.<\/p>\n

Aside from the victory, Mahomes enacted revenge on the Raiders after they mocked the three-time\u00a0Super Bowl<\/span>\u00a0MPV during preseason camp with a Kermit the Frog reference.<\/p>\n

During training camp, Raider safety Trey Taylor was filmed holding a Kermit puppet, dressed in a Mahomes jersey with a curly wig attached to its head. The rest of the team could be heard in the background, imitating the Muppets character’s voice – which often gets likened to Mahomes’.<\/p>\n

While Mahomes was made the butt of the joke in the video, he got the last laugh on the field with another impressive performance on the road.<\/p>\n

Mahomes completed 27 of 38 passes for 262 yards, two touchdowns and one interception.<\/p>\n

Travis Kelce scored his first touchdown of the season to help secure the win in Las Vegas<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, Kelce tabbed 10 receptions for 90 yards and scored his\u00a0first touchdown<\/span>\u00a0of the season, keeping his team on top of the heap.\u00a0Kareem Hunt added a touchdown on the ground and Xavier Worthy had a TD catch.<\/p>\n

On the other hand, Gardner Minshew completed 24 of 30 passes for 209 yards and two touchdowns for Las Vegas (2-6). Jakobi Meyers and D.J. Turner had one touchdown catch apiece.<\/p>\n

Kansas<\/span>\u00a0City outgained Las Vegas 334-228. The Chiefs converted 12 of 16 opportunities on third down for a 75 percent success rate, and the Raiders converted six of 13 third-down chances for a 46 percent success rate.<\/p>\n

The Chiefs opened the scoring on their first possession. Hunt finished the 70-yard drive with a 1-yard run for his fourth touchdown in as many games this season.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The Raiders evened the score at 7-7 with 2:39 remaining in the first quarter. Minshew connected with Meyers for a 7-yard touchdown to complete a 12-play, 70-yard drive.<\/p>\n
