He got engaged. But that doesn\u2019t mean he only spent time buying a diamond ring. Prescott also focused on making his connection strong with\u00a0<strong>CeeDee Lamb<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The Cowboys need both of them to be in their best form, even if they are facing a 3-4 49ers this week. Aikman spared Prescott and targeted the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/firstsportz.com\/ceedee-lamb-feels-work-he-put-in-with-dak-prescott-during-bye-week-will-reflect-against-49ers\/\">receivers for not showing urgency<\/a>\u00a0on gamedays. However, Prescott understands\u00a0everything starts with him. If the quarterback doesn\u2019t play to a high standard, then the team struggles as well.<\/p>\n<p>The 31-year-old last year threw 30+ touchdowns after the bye week and ended up leading the league in total touchdown passes. He also had the best completion rate (69.5%) among the top QBs.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\">\n<blockquote><p><em>There\u2019s some things out there that I can obviously do better.
