Saka made it 5-2 heading into the break for Arsenal, which is how the game finished, with the England international assisting twice in addition to his penalty goal.<\/p>\n

Saka assisted twice and scored a penalty in a rampant 5-2 victory for the Gunners<\/p>\n
After scoring his penalty, Saka was seen running past the West Ham fans, seemingly laughing at them after his shushing celebration.<\/p>\n
Arsenal quickly took the lead in just 10 minutes, with defender Gabriel scoring a powerful header from Saka\u2019s corner.<\/p>\n
Soon after, Leandro Trossard increased the lead, followed by a penalty from Martin Odegaard, making it three goals in a little over half an hour.<\/p>\n
Kai Havertz scored a fourth for the home fans\u2019 dismay after Max Kilman misplayed a long ball, allowing the German to seize the opportunity and get past Lukasz Fabianski.<\/p>\n
However, it was Saka\u2019s penalty that excited the home supporters the most, with the London Stadium starting to empty before halftime.<\/p>\n
After allowing captain Martin Odegaard to take the first penalty for his season\u2019s opening goal post-injury, Saka stepped up for the second in stoppage time before the break.<\/p>\n
Fabianski unintentionally punched Gabriel while clearing a corner, giving the visitors their second penalty in the first half.<\/p>\n
Saka shot into the bottom left corner, beating Fabianski and scoring a fifth for the visiting team.<\/p>\n
It made it just the fourth time in Premier League history in which there has been seven goals in the first half of a game.<\/p>\n

Saka\u2019s electric form saw him reach 18 goal contributions in all competitions so far this season<\/p>\n
The win moved Mikel Arteta\u2019s side second in the league table, behind leaders Liverpool who bid to widen the gap when they host Manchester City at Anfield on Sunday afternoon.<\/p>\n
West Ham\u2019s performance, despite pulling two goals back to half the deficit in the first half, leaves them six points above the relegation zone.<\/p>\n
Pressure mounts on boss\u00a0Julen Lopetegui\u00a0after signs of promise were short lived following the Hammers\u2019 2-0 victory at St James Park on Monday evening.<\/p>\n
Speaking after the match, Saka said: \u201cIt was a lot of fun, a lot of goals and, we enjoyed it.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe\u2019ve been playing like that the last few games, scoring a lot of goals. We\u2019re in good form, good confidence and we\u2019re enjoying our football.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe\u2019ve built a lot of momentum now, we\u2019ve played really well the last three games, not just the results were good but also the way we played so we\u2019re happy.<\/p>\n
Speaking on their next match \u2013 hosting Ruben Amorim\u2019s Man United at the Emirates \u2013 Saka said: \u201cWe\u2019re confident and we\u2019re going to take it into the next game which, we know is a big one.<\/p>\n
