Gavi blasts \u2018stupid\u2019 Barcelona after Celta Vigo draw<\/h1>\n

The Catalans blew a two-goal lead<\/p>\n

Barcelona midfielder Gavi couldn\u2019t hide his frustration after seeing\u00a0his team throw away a two-goal lead to draw 2-2 at Celta on Saturday.<\/p>\n

Gavi made his first start in a year at Balaidos and had his team on course for a 2-0 win until a late collapse saw Hansi Flick\u2019s side forced to settle for a point.<\/p>\n

Here\u2019s what he had to say afterwards:<\/p>\n

\n

\u201cWe had the game under control but we got involved in two poor moves and we have to learn from that,\u201d he told the media.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe first goal was a stupid thing. We have to clear the ball in that position but that\u2019s football. You have to learn.<\/p>\n

\u201cWith a man down it\u2019s really difficult, not just against Celta against any team, if you\u2019re not focused what can happen can happen.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s my first start after a year. I\u2019m happy with that but obviously the thing was to get three points and we didn\u2019t get that.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

It\u2019s a disappointing night for Barcelona and more dropped points for Flick\u2019s side. They are back in action in midweek against Brest in the Champions League.<\/p>\n
