Charlotte Crosby<\/span>\u00a0was subjected to a terrifying armed robbery at her \u00a31million Sunderland home on Thursday night.<\/p>\n

The former\u00a0Geordie Shore<\/span>\u00a0star, 34, who is eight months pregnant, was upstairs with her two-year-old daughter, Alba, when a gang of balaclava masked raiders entered the home, her fianc\u00e9 Jake Ankers revealed.<\/p>\n

Taking to Instagram, a furious Jake said: ‘I can’t believe I’m saying this but some little c***s have tried to rob my house with my two-year-old and my partner who is nearly eight months pregnant, armed with a machete.’<\/p>\n

Jake, 33, said he chased all four of the robbers out of the house, but was unable to catch them.<\/p>\n

He added: ‘One of them who was in the house at the top of the stairs had a red balaclava on. He is the one that had the machete. Me little girl’s in the house. Me partner’s in the house.’<\/p>\n

The businessman urged his followers to send in any information.<\/p>\n

Charlotte, who is expecting her second child with Jake, was upstairs when Jake discovered a gang of four robbers in their home (pictured earlier this month)<\/p>\n

Charlotte, meanwhile, had said a film crew had been present in the house that day as they filmed their reality TV show.<\/p>\n

Her last Instagram story before the raid was of her relaxing in bed with a face mask on after suffering excruciating back pain and a nose bleed earlier in the day.<\/p>\n

MailOnline has contacted Charlotte’s representative and Sunderland Police for comment.<\/p>\n

The couple moved into the house together in 2021 and renovated the sprawling property\u00a0which was said to be worth in excess of \u00a31million.<\/p>\n

They named the property, which has an indoor pool, bar and cinema, ‘Crosby Manor’.<\/p>\n

In a YouTube video at the time, the reality star showed off her beautiful home renovation which featured double dark wood doors and marble floored lobby.<\/p>\n

The couple put up the four bedroom home for sale in February this year and also bought a holiday home in Spain.<\/p>\n

Charlotte announced in September she is pregnant with her second child, a girl, and is due to give birth in January.<\/p>\n

Just 12 hours before the terrifying raid, the television personality had a pregnancy scan.<\/p>\n

Charlotte told followers she feels like ‘my back has been snapped in half’ and had suffered a nasty nosebleed.<\/p>\n

She said: ‘Ok so I need advice suggestions just anything because honestly my back feels as though it’s been snapped in half. My back, my ribs everything.<\/p>\n

‘We had a scan yesterday and the midwife stressed her sympathy for me as baby girl was in a very, very awkward position.’<\/p>\n

While they holidayed abroad, Charlotte\u00a0revealed they are having a baby girl<\/p>\n

Charlotte asked fans for help, telling them: ‘I’m struggling to even sit upright in a chair without being so uncomfortable’.<\/p>\n

She then shared a picture of a bloody tissue with the caption: ‘Now I’m having the biggest nose bleed, what the hell is going on?’<\/p>\n

The NHS states nosebleeds are common in pregnancy and are caused by an increase in blood volume and hormonal changes.<\/p>\n

Hours later, Charlotte took to her Instagram stories to tell fans she had been ‘rocking back and forth’ for an hour in the morning trying to help the baby move.<\/p>\n

She said: ‘When I say I have been on all fours rocking bath and forth for an hour this morning to try to get the baby to move position. That is no word of a lie. I was worried someone might walk in on us because the crew were actually in my house filming stuff for the show.<\/p>\n

‘I’m having a little bit of pamper now, I feel like the pain has worn off a little bit. That was from your advice so thank you. I’ve been laying in bed relaxing in bed which has been bliss.’<\/p>\n

Speaking to\u00a0The Mirror\u00a0this month, Charlotte admitted she’s ‘very tired’ and struggling with being pregnant while also looking after her toddler.<\/p>\n

She said: ‘I hate being pregnant. I’m getting very tired now. The second pregnancy is just so different when you’ve got a tiny toddler at home.’<\/p>\n

She went on: ‘The hardest part is being pregnant. I’m used to being able to give 100 percent, and now I’m operating at a maximum 30 percent.’<\/p>\n

Last month, Charlotte\u00a0revealed they are having a baby girl in a gender reveal video at the Maldives.<\/span><\/p>\n

The TV personality and her fiance let off cannons which shot off pink smoke, prompting a stunned Charlotte to exclaim: ‘Oh my god! Oh my god! Oh no, Jake.’<\/p>\n

Looking bewildered, she went on: ‘I can’t believe it, But I actually really wanted a boy as well. What, how?’<\/p>\n

The reality star had previously revealed she was convinced she was going to have a boy.<\/p>\n

Charlotte and Jake, who met through mutual friends, became engaged thirteen months after welcoming daughter Alba.<\/p>\n

The TV personality took to her social media to share the happy news as well as a glimpse of the romantic rooftop proposal in Dubai in November 2023.<\/p>\n

Charlotte declared herself the ‘happiest woman in the world’ as Jake got down on one knee surrounded by rose petals.<\/p>\n
