Barcelona star Pedri was on Monday on the receiving end of a hugely dangerous tackle, whilst lining out for Spain.Midfielder Pedri is for his part currently locked in action, on the international front.<\/p>\n

After featuring off the bench in Spain\u2019s Nations League meeting with Denmark late last week, the 21-year-old was introduced to La Roja\u2019s starting XI to face Switzerland this evening.<\/p>\n

Pedri has since gone on to enjoy something of a hit-and-miss outing to date, fluffing his lines from the penalty spot before Yeremy Pino slotted home on the rebound.<\/p>\n

Late in the first-half, the youngster then went on to spark widespread concern amongst those of a Barcelona persuasion.<\/p>\n

As much came after Pedri was left grounded and in evident distress, owing to a dangerous challenge in midfield.<\/p>\n

A still shot of the tackle in question, which saw the former Las Palmas man caught high on the knee by an opposing player, can be seen below.<\/p>\n

Thankfully, Pedri, after some treatment on the part of the Spanish medical staff, managed to return to his feet to play on.<\/p>\n
