During an appearance on the\u00a0Today<\/em>\u00a0show on Thursday, Nov. 14, the Kansas City Chiefs tight end’s mom,\u00a0Donna Kelce,\u00a072, gave insight into whether the pop star, 34, will join the Kelces for the holiday.<\/p>\n

“I don’t think so. She’s kind of busy right now. She still has her tour to do,” said Donna, referring to Swift’s\u00a0record-breaking Eras Tour,\u00a0which\u00a0will wrap up in Vancouver on Sunday, Dec. 8.<\/p>\n

According to Donna, however, Thanksgiving week for the Kelces will be centered around football, as Travis is in the middle of the NFL season.<\/p>\n

“I am going to be at a football game. Travis is playing the day after Thanksgiving,\u201d she said, referring to\u00a0the Chiefs’ Friday, Nov. 29 game against the Las Vegas Raiders\u00a0at Arrowhead Stadium.<\/p>\n

Since her older son, former Philadelphia Eagles center\u00a0Jason Kelce, 37,\u00a0spent 13 seasons in the NFL, she said that “football is always the holidays” for her family, noting that her loved ones have not planned to have a Thanksgiving dinner.<\/p>\n

<\/div>\n

“I think we\u2019re just going to be at the football game,” she said.<\/p>\n

<\/div>\n

The Chiefs are currently on a\u00a0nine-game winning streak. They last faced off\u00a0against the Denver Broncos on Sunday, Nov. 10, and won 16 – 14.<\/p>\n

Swift was present at the game as\u00a0Travis, 35, made Chiefs history, tying\u00a0Tony Gonzalez\u00a0for the most touchdown receptions in franchise history.<\/p>\n
