A month before his death, Liam Payne had put his £3.2m mansion up for sale, after he moved into the property in November 2021 to be close to his ex Cheryl and son Bear
Former One Direction star, Liam Payne, had put his £3.2m mansion on the market just a month before his tragic death. The 31-yea-rold singer resided in the lavish Chalfont St Giles property in Bucks since November 2021, to be near his ex Cheryl Tweedy and their son Bear.
Tragically, Payne fell from a hotel balcony in Buenos Aires in October, weeks after listing his home for sale. His funeral took place in Amersham on November 20, attended by his former bandmates Harry Styles, Zayn Malik, Niall Horan and Louis Tomlinson.
The detached house, which boasts six acres of land, a swimming pool, a separate one-bedroom annexe and a stable, was last listed in September 2024.

After news of his passing broke, flowers were left outside his Chalfont residence. Residents described the late singer as ‘very private’.
One of his last social media posts, dated October 16, shows Payne playing with his pet dog at his Chalfont St Giles property.
